Except rugs and other made-to-order products for which lead times are indicated on the product page, items are shipped within 48 hours of your order from our warehouse in Dallas, TX, and get to you in 2-6 business days. We don't ship on weekends and national holidays.

We do not offer gift wrapping. However, all scarves, clutches, pouches, towels and napkins come in a gorgeous handmade cotton gift bag. Click on the Gifts tab on the product's page to see if your item comes with a gift bag and if does, scroll down to see what it looks like.
Yes, all items come with a card that describes how your purchase helps change girls' lives. At the time of checkout, you may include a special message to be printed on the card. If you have already placed your order, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org OR reply to the order confirmation email and if it hasn't already shipped, we'll include one for you!
We recommend that you place a separate order for each gift recipient address. However, if you are in a bind, or if you've already placed your order, email us at email@example.com OR reply to the order confirmation email with details and we'll do our best!
If the name on your shipping address is different from your billing name, we will not include a receipt in the package and instead, include instructions to exchange the item. This does not apply to destinations outside the contiguous United States - sorry, international sales are final!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Bloom & Give purchase, we will do what it takes to get you there, including a full no-questions-asked refund and free return shipping (U.S. only - sorry, international sales are final!).
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return label. You will see your refund as soon as we receive the return. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
